新的石墨烯感光元件可望提升 1,000 倍光感度，成本與能耗都能更低！:

先前我們才見過可望應用在新一代感光元件上，可望使感度提升一倍的 Panasonic 微分色器技術，就已經讓我們極度期待它未來應用在市售數位相機所帶來技術大躍進。這次，一群來自新加坡專精於石墨烯（graphene）材質研究的科學家們，現在研發出將石墨烯應用於相機感光元件的最新技術，可望徹底顛覆未來的數位感光元件技術發展。



新加坡南洋理工大學學者，研發出了一個以石墨烯作為感光元件材質的新型感光元件，可望透過其特殊結構，讓感光元件感光能力比起傳統 CMOS 或 CCD 要好上 1,000 倍，而且損耗的能源也僅需原本的 1/10。這個感度感覺幾乎提升到爆表的最新感光元件技術，根據資料，實際上還真的「爆到」超出人眼可視的中紅外線範圍了呢。



與許多新的感光元件技術相同，這項技術初期將率先被應用在監視器與衛星影像領域之中。但研究也指出，此技術終將應用在一般的數位相機 / 攝影機之上，而且還提到假若真的進入消費領域，他們承諾這個以石墨烯打造的最新感光元件，還可讓製造成本壓到現今的 1/5 低。是說，看過石墨烯應用在電池領域堪稱神奇的技術進展後，好像也不難想像它將對攝影帶來的技術衝擊（更高感度、更省電、更便宜），真不知道有生之年有沒有機會用到搭載石墨烯感光元件的相機或手機來拍照呢（期待）。

還記得本周稍早我們報導過的 Sony 13.3 吋 e-ink 平板嗎？現在 Diginfo 在日本的一個教育用 IT 解決方案展（Educational IT Solutions Expo）上見到了它的蹤跡。這片平板最大的特色就是它的顯示器 -- 這塊取名為 E Ink Mobius 的面板由 Sony 和 E Ink 合作開發，由於它是由塑膠組成，因此除了有一定的可彎曲性之外，重量可以做的非常輕，僅 60 克而已。相較於使用玻璃的類似產品，可以輕到一半。



Sony 表示裡面的軟體流暢度還有改善的空間，但從今年下半年起將在早稻田、法政、立命館等大學開始試用，並在年內推出市售版本。影片在繼續閱讀裡。
